Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl LX halftime performance — an electrifying, unapologetically Spanish-language showcase — reportedly infuriated the president.

And he didn’t stay quiet about it.

The Puerto Rican global icon, born Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio, took over Levi’s Stadium on February 8 with a visually breathtaking set.

Performing atop a rolling sugarcane-themed stage while powering through his biggest hits, the six-time Grammy Award winner delivered a historic halftime show that proudly highlighted Latin culture on one of the world’s largest platforms. The spectacle also included surprise appearances from Lady Gaga and Ricky Martin.

Fans in the stadium were captivated. Online, social media erupted with admiration.

But the reaction wasn’t unanimous.

Some critics grumbled that they couldn’t follow the Spanish lyrics. And Trump? He erupted.

Trump’s rant

Taking to Truth Social, Trump unleashed a blistering rant:

”The Super Bowl Halftime Show is absolutely terrible, one of the worst, EVER! It makes no sense, is an affront to the Greatness of America, and doesn’t represent our standards of Success, Creativity, or Excellence.

”Nobody understands a word this guy is saying, and the dancing is disgusting, especially for young children that are watching from throughout the U.S.A., and all over the World.

This ‘Show’ is just a ‘slap in the face’ to our Country, which is setting new standards and records every single day — including the Best Stock Market and 401(k)s in History!

There is nothing inspirational about this mess of a Halftime Show and watch, it will get great reviews from the Fake News Media, because they haven’t got a clue of what is going on in the REAL WORLD

And, by the way, the NFL should immediately replace its ridiculous new Kickoff Rule. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN! President DONALD J. TRUMP.”

Trump wasn’t even at the game, previously saying it was “too far” to travel, but that didn’t stop him from weighing in.

Before kickoff, he had already signaled his frustration with the lineup, which included openly anti-ICE and anti-MAGA band Green Day. He claimed he’d “never heard” of Bad Bunny and told the New York Post:

“I’m anti-them. I think it’s a terrible choice. All it does is sow hatred. Terrible.”

That reaction might not be surprising considering the themes woven into the performance.

As the show came to a close, a giant billboard lit up the stadium with the message:
“the only thing more powerful than hate is love.”

The final image? Bad Bunny holding a football, surrounded by Latin American performers. On the ball were four simple words:

“Together we are America.”

For millions of fans, it was powerful. For Trump, it was “disgusting.”
