Donald Trump’s niece hits out at ‘despicable’ uncle over Barron’s ‘link’ to ‘woman hater’ #5

Donald Trump’s estranged niece has harshly criticized him, calling him a “disgraceful” and “despicable” parent.

Mary Trump, the US president’s niece, has publicly condemned her uncle following claims that Barron Trump is a fan of self-described misogynist Andrew Tate. Mary, 60, is a psychologist and author, and the daughter of Fred Trump Jr.—Donald Trump’s older brother—and Linda Lea Clapp.

Her father died in 1981 at age 42 after struggling with alcoholism. In 2020, Mary filed a lawsuit accusing Donald Trump and two family members of fraud and conspiracy, alleging that he and his late siblings, Maryanne Trump Barry and Robert Trump, deprived her of an inheritance. Trump ultimately prevailed in the case in 2022.

Given their long-standing rift, Mary has remained openly critical of her uncle online. In her latest remarks, she addressed an alleged link between 18-year-old Barron Trump—whom Trump shares with Melania—and influencer Andrew Tate.

Tate, 39, rose to prominence in the “manosphere” for promoting anti-women views and has been accused of rape and human trafficking. He and his brother Tristan have also faced allegations from Romanian authorities of trafficking more than 30 women and forming a criminal group for sexual exploitation—charges they deny. The brothers are under investigation in multiple countries, and educators have warned that Tate’s messaging is reaching young boys.

In a recent video on her Mary Trump Media account, Mary discussed claims that Trump was involved in the Tate brothers’ release from Romania last February after a two-year travel ban, following which they were seen attending a UFC event in the US.

She said: “Andrew Tate spent years courting high-profile conservatives and some of Donald’s top advisers.”

The psychologist added: “He made it very, very clear that he was a huge supporter of Donald Trump’s.

“And with his massive social media following, that’s all you need for Donald Trump to do whatever he can to make sure, regardless of the horrific crimes you’ve committed, you get to be free.”

Mary then brought Barron into the discussion, alleging he is a “huge fan” of Tate. She sharply criticized her uncle, saying it would take a “disgraceful” and “despicable” parent to think it acceptable for a son to admire someone like Tate.

This is not the first time Barron has been linked to the influencer. A New York Times report cited a mutual acquaintance who claimed Barron admired Tate and spoke with him over Zoom last year, during which they reportedly discussed a shared belief that the Romanian case was intended to silence the Tate brothers.
