Photos from Spencer Trump’s 13th birthday have sparked outrage, with many people directing their anger toward his father. #5

President Donald Trump of the United States has a sizable family.

The 79-year-old Republican, who advocates for nuclearity and conservative family values, has five children from three separate marriages: Tiffany Trump with Marla Maples, Donald Jr., Ivanka, and Eric Trump with Ivana Trump, and his youngest child, Barron, with Melania Trump, his third wife.

He has eleven grandchildren from those five children. There are five children between Don Jr. and his ex-wife Vanessa, three with his daughter Ivanka and her husband Jared Kushner, two with his son Eric and his wife Lara, and one with his daughter Tiffany and her husband Michael Boulos.

Now, one of the US leader’s grandkids just celebrated his 13th birthday and his father’s birthday post has sparked some outrage online.

Don Jr. shared a 12-photo image on Instagram earlier today (October 22) to commemorate his son Spencer’s milestone birthday with his 10.1 million followers.

The 47-year-old captioned the photo dump: “Happy birthday to the littlest of my little men. Spencer, I can’t believe you’re 13 and I hope you have an awesome day buddy.

“I love you so much. I can’t wait to get back into the outdoors with you. You make me very proud.”

The fact that the soon-to-be teen was spotted posing with a pistol startled several people amid the barrage of “happy birthday” texts from MAGA heads.

Spencer was spotted hunting with guns in three of the post’s twelve images.

Some critics were surprised that he was out hu:nting from such a young age, with one Instagram user writing: “Not even 13 and you threw a gun in his arms. Truly sick. There is no reason a young man today needs to k*ll an animal for food.”

Another commented: “You’re a sorry exc:use for a human – not happy unless you’re killing some innocent animals.”

This isn’t the first time Don Jr. has drawn backlash for his hunting activities.

In 2019, his trip to Mongolia reportedly cost U.S. taxpayers more than $75,000 (£59,000), according to the BBC. That same year, a ProPublica investigation revealed he had hunted and removed a rare Argali mountain sheep and only obtained the proper hunting permit from the Mongolian government after the fact.

Earlier this year, he was filmed hunting ducks near Venice, Italy, where he was accused of shooting a protected Ruddy Shelduck inside a conservation area. Although Italian authorities opened an investigation, his representatives have denied any wrongdoing.

Over the years, Don Jr. has frequently faced public criticism for the ethical and legal controversies tied to his hunts particularly those involving endangered species, questionable permits, and his outspoken defense of gun rights, as well as the trophy photos he often shares from his global hunting trips.
