As much as we love to watch our Young & Restless faves portraying the characters we invite into our living rooms each day, it’s always special to be able to see the stars real-life personalities shining through in the activities they partake in offscreen. Onscreen, Phyllis Summers is a ball of tension and emotion these days as she navigates not only unemployment (yet again), but of course the knowledge that her former rival Sharon Newman was responsible for the death of her son’s lady love… and framed him for the murder after the fact.

She now realizes that it wasn’t Sharon who tried to run her off the road in a car wreck that landed her in a coma (though she’s loathe to concede the point), but she still firmly believes Sharon killed Heather, having no idea that Ian Ward and Jordan Howard are actually behind the devastating events of that fateful night. Unwillingly to entertain the idea that Sharon wasn’t in her right mind due to her medication being tampered with, Phyllis is hell bent on getting “justice” and as a result has found herself isolated from even her closest friends, Michael (who is representing Sharon) and Lauren.
